Enjoy the cozy living room after a day enjoying Florida at its finest. Take advantage of the spacious open kitchen with a large window overlooking the lanai. Enjoy your meals in the comfortable dining room or head out to the covered and enclosed patio for al fresco dining by the water.

The enclosed back patio has a gorgeous private pool for guest enjoyment.



This pool faces north and has a private backyard- as there are protected woodlands directly behind the house.

We offer beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. We have float toys for the pool and bikes are available for guest use as well. There are plenty of books for a rainy day as well as a few board games.

Comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
