Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.35 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:
2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day
All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.
