„Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). „Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. This made the experience extra special and effortless. We have never felt more relaxed on a holiday.

„We rented the house in November/December 2019 for 9 days. Chabely, who was responsible for casa mandala was very kind and organized everything for us we requested. Our stay at casa mandala was so great that we chose to extend our stay for even 3 more days. We will definitely return!“

„The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! The decor and layout of the house are just gorgeous and we enjoyed all the decks and palapas. „The hosts were amazing. The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The Casa De Las Palmas was beautiful and perfect for our party of 9. Also, the taco stand on property was probably our favorite food in Tulum. Would definitely recommend staying at Mahayana.“

„We loved this beautiful Oceanside spot. The staff and host were so wonderful and sweet. The restaurant right next door was delicious and they accommodated our dinner for 8 one night, lobster, shrimp, fried fish, everything so fresh. We felt pampered and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this secluded slice of paradise.“

„Just book it. You will not regret it. Perfect location in Tulum walking distance to everything, amazing on site taco and breakfast stand, and next door is a resort you can utilize for full restaurant, yoga classes, and exercise classes etc. Just book it! Great for our girls trip, but also would be great for family trips with kids!“

„Our family of 8 (adults, 4 couples) came to Tulum wanting a peaceful and relaxing place to decompress and the Casa Vallejo at Zamas Hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff, starting at the front desk with Abi, Daniel, and Fer couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They were extremely responsive to my questions and requests; communication with them was key! Also, the wait staff and all the hotel personnel were incredibly attentive to all of our needs.

„It is a really secluded getaway with a beach that was all our own, we rarely glimpsed any other humans in the neighborhood save for Maria and Miguel, the staff for the house who are always anxious to help but keep a low profile to allow the privacy their guests covet. "Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber.
Was uns störte war, dass keine Erholung möglich ist. Es ist jeden Tag bis 0 Uhr mindestens laute Musik. Morgens um 10 geht es dann weiter. Das schlimme, teilweise auch unterschiedlich, weil die Beach Clubs sehr nah nebeneinander sind. Die Musik kommt von den Beach Clubs und von der Straße draußen. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, daher hört man das auf jeden Fall.
Die Gegend Tulum Beach ist eine absolute Party Meile, wer Erholung möchte, sollte besser in die Innenstadt und den Weg zum Strand auf sich nehmen. Sowie darauf achten, dass kein Spring Break ist!
Das Essen in dieser Straße ist wirklich ABARTIG teuer. Daher besser in die Innenstadt fahren, sind ca. 15 Minuten von Tulum Beach. Generell zu erwähnen ist zudem noch, dass die Straßen eine Katastrophe sind, daher wenn ihr mit dem Auto kommt, auf jeden Fall mind. SUV"

"The hotel opened just recently in November 2024. Some of the rooms were still under construction to be finished just in time for the main season. There was however no disturbance through the works.
The rooms are super nice with modern yet cozy furniture!
The direct access to the beach is amazing and the beach club is equipped with a great bar, comfortable sun beds and seating options. The food is amazing as well!
Only things that I would criticize: lack of parking (you need to park on public parking lot 150m away which is 400 pesos - 20€/ day). Also there would be the need for additional hooks in the rooms to hang stuff as well as a second bed table. "
