Once I told them they told me: IT IS NOT WRITTEN ITS FREE OF CHARGE. I said ok so if I use the pool or the gym after you will charge me because it is not written is not included? A structure need to be clear on prices and transparent. If they do not specify the price it means that it is arbitrary. The food was great the hotel is beautiful and the spa amazing. "
