„Die Zimmer des Hotels sind riesig und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ausserlich ungepflegt. Leider ist Service im Restaurant abwesend. Es gab keine Kellner und man musste immer jemanden suchen.“

„Good - Checking in n out are so fast and no hassle at all. Room clean but no window at all. Aircond cold Bad - Bedsheet got stain, toilet got smell if the ventilator is not on, the pipe at the sink is wobbly and not easy to turn it on. No TV channel except YouTube movies.“

„We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most.
