Had a wonderful stay with my family in Sayulita. Royal Palm Villas was in a nice location. Close enough for a short ride into downtown by golf carts, but not close enough to hear all the noise. All the rooms had there own balconies, bathrooms and ac units, with the exception of one room. The one room nearest the pool, I did not see an ac unit. During the summer an ac unit is a must. We did not use that room, because one of the invited couples could not make the trip. I forgot to mention the rooms also have small kitchenettes on the balconies. That was nice if you wanted a small snack or beverage. They layout of the property is nicely landscaped and clean. There is a large kitchen on the top floor. It was nice for quick meals and card & board games. The property manager was friendly and informative. I would recommend this unit easily to family and friends without hesitation.
