Our group of 20 stayed over a very busy holiday weekend in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed here and were impressed with the impeccable service we received. Our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and communal spaces were cleaned daily. Our host, Sim, was accommodating and responsive before the trip. Our concierge, Renata, helped us with anything we needed and our group loved her. The house is a brief but intense incline up the hill—so be prepared for that—but the views from all 3 floors of the massive villa make up for it. And if the climb gets tiring, it’s a short and affordable uber to the hearts of Zona Romantica’s bars, clubs, restaurants, and beaches. The WiFi and water occasionally were spotty—but that is a typical thing in PV during these busy weekends and is no fault of the house or staff. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We will be talking about it for years to come.
