Guests rave about our space as the condo is conveniently located. Once you walk in, you’ll love how spacious our living room is. Very comfortable sofas to allow you to enjoy the evening after a long day at the beach. Kick back and enjoy Netflix (on the house). If in need of fresh air, the balcony is a great spot whether day or night, right next to the living room. Our guests love spending time here as it has a tropical view and sip on coffee/tea and/or locals favorite beer, Presidentes. Love reading books here as well as it’s so quiet and peaceful.

Imagine ordering in from either of the 2 restaurants on the same street (A Fuego Lento & Tío Pan Restaurant), the dining room sits 4 comfortably.

If you chose to, the kitchen is also fully equipped for an amazing family dinner. Our guests rave of our Ninja Foodi Neverstick pots and pans.

Need to get some work done, we have a dedicated workspace for your convenience.

Time to rest and recharge before another beach day? Casa Ciriaco has 3 bedroom/ 3 bathrooms each with different names Union Square (Room 1), Bryant Park (Room 2) and Times Square (Room 3). Those named by 3 amazing and colorful places we love in New York where we reside. Union Square is extra special which is where my wife and I met in High School, yes, we are High School Sweethearts!

Our guests rave about how each room has an AC unit, great wifi connection for surfing the internet, QUEEN size bed for greater comfort (sleeps 2 comfortably) and stacked with Mirrors and extra blankets/towels, pillows in closet. Night time read? No problem as we have a touch lamps.
