Welcome to Villa Sky Mar, a modern 3-bedroom retreat in Puerto Plata, surrounded by tropical landscapes and designed for groups of 8–10 guests.

The villa offers a private pool, BBQ space, and an expansive terrace with spectacular mountain and ocean views. With fast Wi-Fi, private parking, round-the-clock security, and complete privacy, Villa Sky Mar delivers comfort, tranquility, and an unforgettable Caribbean escape.

We are 15 Minutes away from `Cosita Rica beach` (Malecon) and 20 minutes from Playa Dorada Beach. Downtown of Puerto Plata is a 15 minute drive, where you will find all kinds of restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

The Villa has 3 large bedrooms, everyone with A/C.
The Villa provides towels and linens. Pool towels also included.
BBQ available. Guests are responsible for the gas.

The villa is about a 20-25 minute drive from Puerto Plata airport, transport can be arranged to pick you up with cash paid directly to the driver.

We have security cameras at the front of the villa for extra safety.
We do ask that you lock all windows and doors when you are away from the villa and at night, as you would in your own home.

We offer self check-in so you can arrive with total comfort.
We’ll send you all the details and access codes 24 hours before your arrival.

• Housekeeping & Laundry Service: To maintain hotel-level cleanliness, for additional fee we offer optional housekeeping every 3–4 days. This includes a full villa refresh and, if you wish, wash & dry of personal clothes. (Washer/dryer are on-site but not available for self-use.)

Additional rules for your stay:
• Smoking only in outdoor areas.
• Smoking inside the Villa= USD 250 fine.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
If a guest brings a pet without prior authorization, a penalty of USD 200 will be applied to cover additional cleaning and sanitation costs.
Certified service animals are, of course, welcome as per Airbnb policy, but guests must notify us before arrival.
• No sleeping on the sofas.
• Take out the trash and do not leave dirty dishes.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.
• Do not move the furniture.
• Avoid loud or disturbing noise.
• No parties or events.
• Washer/Dryer: On-site but not for self-use. Optional cleaning + wash/dry service available every 3–4 days (extra charge, not included)
• A/C at a minimum of 23°C and turn it off when not in use.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
• Early check-in / late check-out fee: USD 20–50.
• Opening doors without permission = USD 200 fine.
• Extra charge up to USD 60 for stays longer than 1 week, based on electricity consumption at check-out.
• Pool and gym: 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. (subject to condominium availability).
• By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that, as is common in Santiago, water and electricity providers cannot always guarantee a fully continuous and stable service. The apartment has an inverter to partially mitigate these outages; however, the inverter does not power all devices, so the air conditioners and water heater are not connected to the inverter and may stop working during a power interruption.
