Sonoran Sky 203 Spacious Elegant Beauty

Situated on the second floor of the the Sonoran Sky Resort, this condo is only steps away from the sand, sea and the Sky resort pools and restaurants. It has a South facing balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and offers views to the Eastern Sunrise and Rocky Point and to the West for gorgeous Mexico sunsets. This condo has free Wi-Fi

This beautifully decorated beachfront condo is the essence of elegance. The Master Suite offers balcony access, a King size bed, generous custom closet, and spacious attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has Queen size bed and bathroom. The gorgeous full size kitchen has custom wood cabinets with island, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a spacious living area offers amazing views from the comfortable seating area and a dining table seating up to six. There is also a single fold out cot located in the second bedroom closet.

Parking is free for guests in either the upper parking lot or lower covered garage area where there are elevators to bring your things up.

Guest wrist bands available at the resort desk. Smart Lock condo check in. Resort staff is available to answer resort property questions. A host is always available to answer other questions you may have, simply send a message through AirBNB.

Sonoran Sky Resort is located in the Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco. Close to restaurants and bars as well as about 12 minutes from The Malecon

The Sonoran Sky Resort is one of the newest resorts on Sandy Beach and is located close to down town Puerto Penasco.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
The Sonoran Sky is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

Great condo with great view and location

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing as we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The place was clean and equipped with the necessary stuff to make breakfast. The check in process was probably one of the easiest I've had in Peñasco. We just checking in at the gate, got our bracelets and we were on our way. No need to wait in the lobby. The only issue which is not the Condo owner's fault but rather something Sonoran Sky needs to plan better was the elevator. When we first got there only two elevators were working and was already taking too long so we took the stairs most times. On Monday a crew closed the stairs to the first floor and forced us to wait 20+ minutes every time to just go down one level. On Tuesday only one elevator was working and after checkout it took us 40+ minutes to catch an empty elevator where we could go down with our luggage, coolers, and beach stuff. I which they could have figured out a way to let people go down through the stairs. Other than that our stay was very relaxing and fun

or stay at Sonora Sky Condo was lovely. The condo was clean and well equipped with whatever we needed. The bed is very comfortable. We had a really nice time swimming in the different pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time we stayed at this property and will definitely go back again! The location to the pool in the beach is absolutely perfect! The only thing I can suggest is that the water heater would be turned on prior to guests arriving so that the water is hot. That was the only downfall that I can mention. We normally stay at los Palomas and have a housekeeper daily and this property did not have that. However, it definitely was not a dealbreaker. We needed some additional supplies and receive them within a few hours of us requesting them. I highly recommend this unit.
