Additional fees were charged at check in that were above the list price. The furniture was old and ripped, beds were disgusting, linens were dirty and soiled, the microwave was broken and beeped every 30 seconds. The antiquated stove did not work. Sewage came up out of the floor drain in the guest bathroom whenever the shower was used. The sewage flooded the bathroom, hallway and some of the kitchen. The resort sent maintenance up to fix the issue but had no staff to clean the mess. I was told cleaning staff could not enter the room after check in because of “covid”. The resort simply expected my family to live in the stench for the 4days we were there. I msgd the owner through Vrbo requesting a phone call and was simply sent a msg the next day stating that they were working on the issues. The televisions in the guest rooms did not work.
