This unit should not be availble as a rental until numerous repairs are completed and advertised ame
This unit should not be repaired until:
1. AC unit adequately cool areas of the Kitchen and 2nd Bedroom
2. AC unit for master does not freeze up or condense leaving the entry with closet area between bed and bath flooded (big liability issues as I almost slipped and fell).
3. Fix weather stripping at sliding doors balcony and entry door, as this likely contributed to AC water dripping in master area
4. Clean washer, dryer and laundry sink so they can be used to clean laundry
5. Provide WiFi credentials or remove from amenity listing
6. Ensure Cable/Satellite TV signals work, as only the DVD player functioned in master
7. Fix Bath plug to used as a bath and jacuzzi jets in master
8. Resolve slow drain in bath/shower
9. Remove rusted chairs and broken seat of lounge furniture on patio
10. Several power outlets throughout the unit were inoperative or inadequate to charge phones
Fixed first day:
1. Sort of fixed the AC in kitchen and second bath was improved, but still not cooling to set temperature. However, then the water leak flooding the master area of the only AC unit cooling to set temperature was a big problem.
2. Aerator in second bath was stripped/cracked and would not remain on the faucet appeared to be fixed
General comments:
A. Furniture was old and worn
B. VCR did not seat flush into wall unit and was in the way of walking to the balcony
C. Numerous remotes to TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and Cale signal boxes that did not match and most with dead batteries
