„We had such a wonderful stay here - great living area (comfy couches and smart TV) and kitchen with big table. Lots of natural light throughout the whole place. Cute and quiet neighborhood - about 10 min walk into town but even faster if you rent mopeds. Host was very responsive and helpful! We were working remotely and the setup was great - desks and AC in every room and very sturdy WiFi.“

„Loved the property and its great outdoor spaces, especially the upstairs Palapa surrounded with blooming flowers. The shared pool is very clean and inviting. It was very quiet the whole time we were there. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room is welcome. We ate out most meals except for breakfast, but the kitchen is a nice space. „La ubicación de la casa es excelente enfrente del mar, hermosa vista. La parte de la alberca en el jardín está muy bien. Pero en general a la casa le falta mucho mantenimiento. Uno de los baños tardaba mucho en llenar el excusado, el agua de las regaderas olía a metal estaba sucia. El jacuzzi del piso de arriba no servía y estaba el agua helada y el mosaico sucio con moho. „We visited Casa Pelicano with my little family of 3 which included my 9 year old daughter. From the beginning communication with the host was great! Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. Walking distance to Playa Carazalillo - beautiful beach with a beach club where you can rent beach beds and get food and drinks. Also walking distance to Rinconada’s restaurants and shops. Overall, great location in a quiet neighborhood. ...

"Umgebung auch nachts sehr laut. Viele bellende Hunde in der Nacht. Nachbarn rücksichtslos bis spät Baustelle an deren Haus. Weit weg vom Strand. Teils steiler Aufstieg vom Strand zum Hotel. Wir raten von diesem Hotel ab. "

"Ich war vom 2. bis 5. Februar 2025 in diesem Hotel. Der erste Tag war in Ordnung, aber ab dem 3. Februar bis zu meiner Abreise wurde in einem der Zimmer von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr gearbeitet – mit Bohren, Hämmern und anderen extrem lauten Bauarbeiten. Der Lärm war unerträglich. Ich habe von jedem einzelnen Tag Beweisvideos aufgenommen. Als Entschädigung wurde mir lediglich ein Frühstück angeboten – das empfand ich als eine Zumutung. Ich habe das Problem bei Ebookers gemeldet, aber die “Hilfe” war völlig nutzlos. Der Kundenservice hat mich extrem enttäuscht und verärgert."
