„Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. “

„The views were amazing and the house was great size for our family of 12. Having multiple bedrooms all with an attached bathroom. There were many concerns however. The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely. The water flow in the kitchen was terrible making it difficult to wash anything. Th amount of cooking utensils was limited. There was only one working knife. There was not enough flatware, dishes, ...

"Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat alles gepasst. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und tolles Personal. Wir waren wirklich mit allem SEHR zufrieden und würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.👍"

"Das Hotel als solches war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab vieles verschiedenes zur Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit und Modernität hatten noch Luft nach oben. Dafür war der Ausblick phänomenal. Mit dem Personal gab es nur wenig Kontakt. Aber immer sehr freundlich. "

"This eas my third and last time at that place. There was no remote control for the A/C. One of the downlights was broken. The safe had to be fixed too (the electric closing mechanic was bad). Worst: Could not receive Internet (room 412). After trying for 45 minutes, I asked for another router (that they provided). It takes 15 minutes before warm water starts. They never smile and delivered a cold welcome. The only thing I like was the matress, which was very comfortable."

"Das einzig positive: Zimmer war sauber und groß. Negativ: 1. bis auf die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnte kaum ein Mitarbeiter im Service englisch sprechen, weder beim Frühstück, noch beim Abendessen. In einem internationalen Hotel, mit Fokus auf internationale Gäste ein No Go! 2. Service ist viel zu langsam. Wartezeit für 2 Getränke über 25min! 3. Servicepersonal fasst das Besteck am falschem Ende an, mit dem man das essen in den Mund nimmt. Mangelnde Hygiene! 4. Fehlendes Besteck an vielen Tischen im Frühstücksraum 5. Unvollständiges Besteck an den Tischen gedeckt (Löffel fehlen, Teetassen müssen vom Personal auf Anfrage aus dem Schrank geholt werden) 6. Nachfrage bzgl Sicherheit im Dunkeln/bei Nacht: Info der Rezeption: alles sicher, Antwort vom Concierge: nur westlich des Ausgangs ist sicher, östlich nicht. 7. "
