„Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. „This is a very cute home. Teenager loved the detached room. The beach was mesmerizing even with a cold rainy weekend. I want us to come back in summer. Water pressure in shower was really good and welcomed after traveling. I am embarrassed to say we got in very late in the dark and I didn’t look at the house numbers there is a similar colored home across the street. Please check the house number before making the same mistake in the dark. Walmart is close by we were able to go buy towels and ...

„Very Clean and Cozy Home, right on the Beach in Portsmouth, RI. Off Street parking was very easy to use and not crowded during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book again!“

„We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!“
