Pros:
Location- You’re probably a five minute walk from the door to the Boatslip, and maybe a five minute bike ride to the Ptown Inn Pool
Patio/Garden- a private area for hanging with friends!
Parking!
Spacious Living Area (for Ptown)
Cons:
Thin Walls – I felt bad at night, because I wasn’t sure if the TV was too loud. Once in a while we would hear the occupants in the main house, during the day. This property is in a mostly quiet area.
HDMI ports didn’t’ work with Google Chromecast- This may have been operator error, but none of the HDMI ports on the TV recognized our Chormecast. Not a big deal. We were only using it, because it was off season. I doubt the TV gets much use in general! (Bring a DVD for a rainy day)
My partner stayed here for 2 nights. We’ve been coming to Ptown for over 15 years. This apartment was great. The Kitchen and Bathroom looked recently (re)done. The Kitchen is small, so don’t plan on cooking much. It was perfect for us!
FYI- You might think there is somewhat limited shelving in bathroom, but just use the medicine cabinet! Lastly, the bedroom is very sunlit; which is great for early risers (less so, if you are a light sleeper)!
In short, we would definitely stay here again!
