This comfortable and cozy East End retreat is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach or an evening in town. This single-story, three-bedroom unit was recently updated and newly furnished. Only 0.15 mi to Commercial Street--a short stroll or bike ride to all the best of Provincetown!

Enter an open and bright main living area with comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV streaming cable service and HBOMax (stream additional content with your accounts), window A/C unit and dining table. Just off the main living area is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer. There is also a bathroom with a shower off the main living area.

The property's three bedrooms are down the hall just off the main living room. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV and a window A/C unit. The first of the three bedrooms has a king bed and the other two have a queen bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a private exterior door. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Lovely bluestone front patio with outdoor dining table and chairs for exclusive use. Bluestone stepping stone lead around unit to gas grill and side porch. A door from the main living area leads to the porch with outdoor furniture--a nice place to enjoy a book or kick back with a cocktail. Grill up dinner on the gas grill and eat out on the patio.

Unit includes two designated parking spaces--a bonus for any Provincetown rental!

This property is only 0.15 mi to Commercial Street. Close to beach access via town landing, the Provincetown Art Association & Museum (PAAM) and amazing dining at Ciro & Sal's and the Mew's. Short walk to East End Marketplace or Angel Foods for supplies, prepared food, delicious sandwiches and tasty treats. Just a little over a half mile to Lopes Square and MacMillan Wharf. Enjoy all Provincetown has to offer including amazing restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs and fun on the water. Head out to Race Point Beach and Herring Cove Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

- We had the pleasure of staying in the nicest home we've stayed at during our six visits to P-town over the years. The home is located in the quiet East end and is walkable to all P-town has to offer. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival. The home was clean and well stocked, right down to an impressive array of cooking spices. The in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Dedicated parking spot is a welcome plus. Everyone in our group wants to return!

- My group and I were absolutely blown away once we arrived at this property. The bedrooms were spacious and the living room had enough space that we could congregate regularly in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to feed a large group, and also a grill outside for all your barbecuing needs. The location was excellent, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the pier. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for an extended stay in Provincetown.

- Great location for quiet mornings and end of night chill. Great common areas in the house and front patio. Clean and comfortable.

- A tranquil getaway--For a much needed vacation, our first home rental experience was easy and relaxed. We love PTown, but it was lovely to leave the noise of Commercial Street at night and enjoy the solitude of this little oasis.

- Great location--Quiet space with easy access to commercial street shopping etc. My teens loved easy walk and excitement of being in Ptown.

Cute little house in a great location

The house is charming. It was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated or pretty but they are functional and serve their purpose. The furniture is older and cheaper but also in good condition and is fine for a rental home. The location on the east end of town is lovely. Walking into town starts you at the point on Commercial where it gets dense with galleries, which makes for a really nice start and end to each adventure the kitchen is well equipped for cooking at the house. The table on the deck outside is in direct sun most of the day (we were there in August) so we didn’t use it much after morning coffee. The window AC units keep you from opening most windows but are worth it on warm days.

Such a great location!

We had an absolute blast during our stay at this fantastic rental property! The location couldn't have been more perfect – just a stone's throw away from Commercial Street, where you'll find an array of incredible art galleries and charming shops. We simply can't say enough about our overall experience here! The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the convenient location. Being right on Commercial Street allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant arts scene and explore the unique boutiques at our leisure. The charming atmosphere of the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Our stay was not without a twist, though. Mother Nature decided to pay us a visit in the form of Hurricane Lee, and we had to cut our trip short by a day. One of the standout features of this rental was the well-equipped kitchen. It allowed us to whip up some fantastic dinners. The property truly proved to be accommodating in every way possible. All in all, our stay at this rental was a memorable experience. From the ideal location to the cozy atmosphere and excellent amenities, it made for an unforgettable trip, even with a hurricane thrown into the mix! We can't wait to return and make more cherished memories.

Fantastic property in Provincetown!!

We just had an amazing stay in Ptown! I highly recommend this vacation home rental, and we have stayed in other vacation rentals in Ptown on several previous occasions. First off, the location was perfect. It’s just minutes away from the bustle of Commercial Street, and at the end of a little cul-de-sac. So, it’s quiet, and just a quick walk to just about anywhere you’d want to go. Second, the house itself is so great! The layout is perfect for a group. Large central living/dining room with a full bathroom right off of it. There were plenty of chairs in addition to the couch and armchairs, and everything is perfectly matched and cozy. The bedrooms are spacious, with large comfy beds, and the one en suite even has its own back door. Both bathrooms worked perfectly. Third, they did a great job on the interior design with this one. The owners paid attention to details, and they seem to be continually improving, because there was some new stuff that isn’t in the online photos. The house was well-stocked with art, music, books, smart TV, etc. Having a front patio helped here too, and kind of just made you want to hang out. So, I definitely recommend it, and look forward to coming back! 😊

Good location and space

My 5 friends and I had a great time and enjoyed the home. The new patio and grill was one of our favorite amenities. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which helped us save some money by being able to eat in. Having an in-unit w&d was also very convenient between beach and pool trips. However, the interior shows signs of wear and tear, with some furniture needing replacement or at least a deep cleaning. There also wasn’t adequate hot water for showers. Overall, I would recommend this home to others because I think the pros outweighed the cons. It’s located on a quiet street, but still close enough to everything, which was very convenient.
