Villa Between 2 Blues is a spacious 4-bedroom home, newly constructed and furnished with carefully chosen European furniture throughout and generously equipped with dishes, linens and other amenities.
Located in a secure gated community a short stroll from Grace Bay Beach you’ll find this 4 Bedroom villa the perfect luxurious holiday getaway for your family or group.

The Space
4 Bedrooms:
The Master suite with a King size bed features a large walk-in closet and oversized en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath and a double sink.
Two further bedrooms with King sized beds upstairs and one bedroom with a Queen sized bed downstairs offer room for groups of up to eight guests. A coffee bar with coffee machine is located on the upper floor.
Each bedroom has a private, en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have plenty of linens and towels and electric blackout blinds or curtains to ensure comfortable sleep.
Living Rooms:
The home has two distinct living areas, one with a sofa and TV allowing quiet relaxation and another gathering space with sofas, easy chairs and coffee table in the open plan living area.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen has a comfortable breakfast bar and everything you need including modern appliances, and enough dishes, cups and glasses to make eating together a joy.
Dining Area:
The dining table next to the kitchen area offers comfortable seating for up to eight.
Private Patio, Pool and Outdoor Dining:
The outdoor kitchen features a full-sized built-in BBQ. The outside table also seats eight and there are sun loungers and a sunken patio with firepit and additional seating.
A poolside outdoor shower, a foot shower by the front door and a half-bath accessible from the patio complete the outdoor space.
Roof Deck
The roof deck with a casual, shaded seating area offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy the view.
The location
Grace Bay Beach, considered one of the best in the world, is a short walk away on the same block.

There are two restaurants right next to the development offering casual meals. Grace Bay Village, a popular shopping and dining area is a short drive away. Turtle Cove Marina with further restaurants is nearby.
The Host
The villa is professionally hosted, and we will meet you upon arrival and answer any queries during your stay fast and efficiently via the app or phone call. We will be happy to assist you with planning your stay and making recommendations for local vendors and services.
Guest Access
You’ll have the entire villa to yourself, including the pool, patio, and all indoor spaces. The home offers keyless access, and we will issue you with codes for the gate, house alarm and keyless lock prior to you stay.
Free parking for two vehicles is available withing the gated complex.

• Construction of the development was completed in July 2026 ensuring you can quietly enjoy your stay.
• We offer a baby crib and highchair free of charge upon request

- No smoking inside the home
- No parties
