Ideal spring break location

Family of five (three kids: ages 12/11/8), thankful for the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room pullout, and screened in dining space. We were there during spring break and felt like the condo building was only half occupied. Easy walk out from the condo to pool/hot tub, and beach access (with umbrellas and chairs always available). Property manager was local and responsive. We could walk along the beach to other resorts and dining.

Everything was as described or better. New appliances, a fridge I wanted to take home, Jing was a perfect host and so helpful. The entire staff at Grandview was amazing. Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Grandview and will definitely be back. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beach and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. Everything is modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bath and beach towels are good quality. Kitchen is well stocked. Therese and Jing were both quick to respond to questions. Pool and common areas are well maintained. Small but well-equipped gym. Walking distance to several good restaurants. 10/10.

Fantastic Location

Everything about this property and trip were great. The condo was clean, well-appointed and ideally located. Being ground-level was a huge plus. Perfect stay at Grandview

My family and I stayed for 9 days over March Break and have overwhelmingly positive things to say about the condo, the management, the building and the location. Everything is exactly as advertised, maybe even better. The unit is very clean, contemporary and comfortable. The rental manager, Jing, was very welcoming, professional, and responsive. The condo building is on the best stretch of beach on Grace Bay! Such a gem. We never had any issues with beach chairs, and we were often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The other unit owners and renters we met were 100% friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend both this unit and Grandview!

Oceanfront Splendor!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The Grandview Condominiums sit right on Grace Bay Beach between the Grace Bay Club and the Royal West Indies Resort. We were met at the unit by Jing, the House Manager and she was so warm and friendly, greeting us with cocktail and a smile. She gave us great island tips, helped us find a driver for off property trips and even had a birthday cake made for my husband who was celebrating a birthday during our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed including full kitchen and screened in porch, which was our favorite spot mornings and nights. It had a view of the ocean even though it was first floor. We loved the ease of the first floor unit which led you directly to the pool and jacuzzi with easy access to the small walking bridge to the beach/ocean. It was so convenient and comfortable and made for a very relaxing stay. The condo complex is gated so we always felt very safe. It is also a smaller complex with only 12 units I believe. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas so no need to rush out and save chairs! Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return some day!

Great Turks first visit

We had a fantastic time at Grace Bay this past week. Rental unit was perfect. Location was excellent, property well maintained, condo furnished well, beds comfortable (my daughter complimented even the sofa bed!). I would 100% return. Thank you for a great week! For those travelling with active teens, I recommend checking out the resorts close by for water sports and rentals.

Wow Wow Wow. Amazing Vrbo just steps away from Grace Bay. We have stayed at many Vrbo throughout our years of travel and this property by far was the most spectacular. Very spacious and immaculate & everything you needed. In short ALL the comforts of home. The property manager Jing was also great with any questions we had during our stay & also watched our son so we could have a date night. We will definitely return next summer.

Wonderful location!

If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy resort, this is the location for you! The condo was very clean, provided everything we needed, and was the perfect location for our family. We wanted to be somewhere with not a lot of little kids running around because our daughters are 17 and 21. We were very happy with this location! Amazing Place on Grace Bay!!

We are just returning from a week at this beautiful condo at The Grandview. It was absolutely amazing from our first step in the front door. Jing (Jean) the manager had everything looking pristine along with a few sweet surprises!! You truly are steps from the pool/hot tub and ocean. The beach and water are breathtaking. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. Great communication with the owners all along. Very peaceful and relaxing resort. It even includes a nice fitness room on property which I used each morning before heading to the beach. Do not hesitate renting this condo. You will be love it. It is more beautiful in real life than the pictures. Jing (Jean) the property manager will make sure everything is perfect for you and your stay.

Great Stay at Grace Bay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Grandview on Grace Bay. The communication was on point and the condo was perfect for our trip to Turks. The condo was well equipped, in great condition, and in a perfect location! Close to food and shops...and right on the beach as described! Did I mention that my girls where beyond thrilled that there was a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom?! LOL! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!

Better than a home away from home

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely and well appointed condo at the Grandview. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the things we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable with excellent sheets, the bathrooms had towels and toiletries. We enjoyed walking out the door on the patio to the pool and beach. Loved the quiet and serenity of the place. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We hope to return to this wonderful place as often as we can!
