„Asked for early check in, owner put us off so no early check in. Took 3 emails to find out address. Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first.“

„This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.“
