„Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. “

„I have stayed at multiple houses, this one was by far the best. The house was clean, smelled amazing, and a great lay out. Communication with the owner was amazing, check in and out was seamless. Great yard for dogs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!“

„The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk“

„Stephen’s property was perfect for us and only about 25 minutes from the wedding venue. It was super clean and quiet. We only prepared one meal due to wedding activities but the kitchen is well stocked. You can enjoy walks on the private road which is very wooded. One bed was rather high and difficult for a family member to get in and out. Two sofas in the den were very low to floor and difficult to stand up from. „The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again “

„The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. „We had a fantastic time in this Historic Fan neighborhood house. We stayed with my wife, mother in-law and dog while I was in town for work. The house and neighborhood we perfect for our needs and we loved the walkability of the neighborhood. This is a great spot for anyone looking for the full Richmond city experience. “

"Es war eig alles sehr gut wenn es nicht so laut gewesen wäre; Man hörte leider jeden Schritt durch von der nächtlichen Party der Nachbarn gar nicht zu reden - aber nachdem ich um 1am dann am Frontdesk anrief hat der Security das rasch geregelt - manche Eltern haben Erziehung leider aufgegeben! Dafür konnte das Hotel zwar nichts, aber es war auch so sehr hellhörig. Schade, weil es sonst gut gepasst hat!"

"Overall a good hotel with many facilities and activities to choose from close by. Suggestions to improve: please add some freshly cooked meals to the breakfast containing mainly instant ones. Some scrambled eggs or even just ham/cheese and fresh tomatoes would be great. "
