„I was placed in the annexe which is an extraordinary building with a marvellous basalt spiral staircase. Excellent position for walking around the old town. The facilities in the room were fine with a comfy bed and clean - though slightly cramped bathroom with a very good shower. The only negative was that the wall to the adjoining room was thin and I could hear everything - even walking around - that went on. Other than that it is a good place for a stay in Riom.“

„Accueil agréable et sympathique Chambre avec literie confortable Pdj complet Une halte à Volvic reposante Merci 👍“

„Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und "heruntergekommen". Die Bettwäsche war dreckig..... Wir haben gar nicht bzw. angezogen geschlafen..... Nie wieder !“

„Angenehmes Hotel, freundliches Personal.“

„For a 3 star hotel, the rooms were fine and the breakfast was exceptional. The only negative was a strong ‚musty/damp‘ smell that really hits you when you enter and is present to a low degree throughout.“
