„Das Hyatt Regency Villahermosa ist nicht das, was man von einem Hyatt Regency erwartet, nämlich ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel. Aber es ist ein sehr ordentliches, gut geführtes 4 Sterne Haus mit freundlichem, effizienten Personal, großen Zimmern, Pool, überdurchschnittlichem Frühstück und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Empfehlenswert, um sich von Villahermosa zu erholen - nicht eine der schöneren Städte in Mexiko. Und oft sehr heiß !!“

"Rooms have no window. If you are lucky you get a room with a window to the bathroom which has a window to the outside. This bathroom window is so high that you can’t see outside. Besides there are many parties at night so you get little rest. The hotel itself and the staff are really ok, but the rooms without windows are a no go. I will not book again. "
