„Sehr schöner Garten. Freundliches Personal. Der Pool war jedoch die ganze Zeit unseres Besuches nicht nutzbar und der Tennisplatz sieht aus als hätte er seine besten Zeiten sehr lange hinter sich. Die Zimmer sind okay, könnten hier und da aber auch ein bisschen Zuwendung gebrauchen, also mal einen Lichtschalter reparieren und eine Glühlampe austauschen“

We were moved to a flat in a closed, ugly, complex and I found out only because I realised the pictures the owner (or whoever Billy, the person I was exchanging whatsups with is) did not correspond to the guesthouse advertised. Billy did not ask me if it was OK to be moved to another accommodation and only when I asked him what was going ...

„I did appreciate the early check-in and the very well maintained Montecasino premises. Friendly service at Breakfast and great laundry service. Comfortable bed. Not recommended for 2 people due to the quite open desigend bathroom. very thin room door, not sound proofed at all.I have not received an invoice at the reception, they said I will get it from Expedia. I found this very unusal.“
