„War toll“

„Es wäre eine super Unterkunft in der Natur mit Erholungsmöglichkeit, wenn die Einrichtung wie Jacuzzi-Wanne auch gewartet werden würde. Leider mussten wir bei Ankunft feststellen dass die Jaccuzzi-Wanne nicht vollständig funktioniert. Als das Wasser nach langsamem Fliessen und nach 1h einigermassen voll war, haben wir den Sprudel angemacht und da kam so viel Dreck raus, dass wir alles wieder abfliessen lassen und putzen mussten. „The hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and ...

„Wenn ich ein Zeugnis ausstellen müsste, dann würde es heißen „Sie waren stets bemüht“!!! Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht, es Richtig zu machen, allerdings waren Sie heillos mit insgesamt 3 Personen, für diese gesamte Hotelanlage überfordert! Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Man muss bei diesem Konzept jeden Tag nach Reinigung fragen, ansonsten passiert nichts. Da es auf der Insel keine wirklichen Alternativen gibt, muss man sich mit dem Gegebenheiten abfinden. „One of the great old style classic hotels in the region, absolutely worth the visit if you find a good deal. Very friendly staff, some of them not too fluent in English though, but always trying their best to serve the guests best. They have a saltwater pool in the back of the hotel. On the island are no cars permitted, just horse carriages are circling tourists around the island and the road in front of the hotel seems the main road for those carriages.
