Gave two stars because they allowed late check out, otherwise I would give it one star or zero if I could. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that there is no hot water in the entire north tower and they cannot change rooms for us (and please remember everything is non refundable for this hotel, so we can only still choose to check in). A lot of customers are having very important events the next day, for example, I myself have a very important onsite interview, and I saw other customers are having commencement/graduation events. However, because the water system is broken, all of us cannot take a shower and can only wash our face in excruciatingly cold water. This is extremely unacceptable. The front desk told us they are trying hard to fix the water system, but when I woke up the next morning, the water is still cold — I do not see any progress. So I did not really took a shower before my onsite interview, and I guess many other customers did not take showers for their important graduation events as well. In a nutshell, the non-refundable policy, along with the poor management, and inefficient repairing services, all contributed to this extremely poor experience. Moreover, the hotel appears to be much older and outdated than the image shows. I do not know how they have such good reviews before.
