„We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. “

„Beautiful experience. The property was right on the bay with spectacular views and sunsets. The house itself was wonderful. It was comfortable and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and antiques.The kitchen had everything needed. AC and overhead fans provided excellent comfort. Kayaks and a canoe were great for cruising on the bay. They also had bikes available (we brought our own). Biking is a pleasure on the rural and flat terrain of the Eastern shore. Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. „We had a fabulous time at this home! What a perfect place to end summer! We had a great time reading on the dock, watching the sunset and the birds - including bald eagles! There are also lots of ways to enjoy the outside - firepit, grill, kayaks, crab traps, etc. And the beds are super comfy and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking delicious food. Truly a gem!“

„The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the colorful bedroom downstairs. My husband caught a crab with a net 2 seconds after arriving! We all had a blast hanging outside on the dock or on the beach! If we ever had a question regarding anything, Leigh ann answered promptly and very helpful! Honestly, we loved this vacation home and the areas near by! “

„Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!“

„We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. The island was very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located within a reasonable walk of the marina, restaurant and store.
