This home can accommodate 4 adults (age 11+) and 2 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Cove is a relaxing beachfront cottage that is perfect for your PEC getaway. This property has over 100 feet of beach front for you to enjoy! It will feel like your own private paradise. This home is perfect for a couple's getaway or a family trip to The County. Cook a meal in our fully stocked kitchen and then head out the patio for waterfront dining with breathtaking views. Take a dip in the beautiful waters and enjoy a paddle board and don't forget to catch the spectacular PEC sunsets! Please note that the home has a bunk bed. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunk. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top bunk or request linens for an additional $30.STA License #ST-2020-0314

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
