„Wonderful stay at Villa Bruna, you walk in and are immediately greeted by the lovely pool and garden area. Outdoor dining and chill out chairs were also perfect for our group of 12. Inside is beautiful, warm and welcoming with character. We couldn't of hoped for a better stay and it surpassed our expectations. „We had THE BEST time at the villa last week. The place had everything we could need, the pool was amazing, it was super quiet and the whole place was just lovely. "I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely excellent, with an outstanding variety of food and plenty of choices for everyone. Everything was delicious and very well prepared. A huge compliment also goes to the restaurant staff, who were always lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Another great feature of the hotel is the children’s playroom. It is a wonderful space for little ones, with plenty of toys and activities to keep them entertained, which was definitely a big plus for us. A very special thank you to the hotel receptionists, Jerko and Marija, who were truly wonderful. They were extremely professional, kind, helpful, and accommodating in every possible way. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and I am very happy with our stay."

"🚗 Check-in & Zimmer Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Bei 37 °C hätten wir allerdings ein Begrüßungsgetränk erwartet. Unser Standardzimmer war sehr sauber, groß und hatte einen großzügigen Balkon. 🌴 Anlage & SPA Die Pools sind sauber, wirkten aber etwas lieblos. Saunen und Aufgüsse sind gut, der SPA-Bereich wirkt jedoch dunkel und wenig einladend. Im Ruheraum fehlt Atmosphäre; Erfrischungen sucht man vergeblich. 🍳 Frühstück & Strand Das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl, sehr gute Qualität und freundlicher Service. Der Strand war ein Highlight: sauber, großzügig und mit wunderschönem Meer. 💰 Preise & Room Service Hier müssen wir deutlich werden: 6 € Aufpreis allein für den Room Service sind bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Deshalb haben wir darauf verzichtet. Auch 12 € für eine einfache Portion Pommes finden wir schlicht überzogen. 18 € für eine Margherita sind ebenfalls sehr hoch. Höhere Resortpreise sind verständlich, müssen aber im Verhältnis stehen. Der Hoteltransfer nach Dubrovnik für 10 € pro Person und Fahrt ist ebenfalls zu teuer. ⭐ Fazit Ein schönes Resort mit tollen Zimmern, sehr gutem Frühstück und einem hervorragenden Strand. Allerdings fehlen uns die kleinen Details und die besondere Aufmerksamkeit, die wir von einem internationalen 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Für uns daher eher ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne-Hotel als ein echtes 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war stets top, auch der Service insgesamt sehr"

"Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Essen war gut aber leider nicht allzu warm, dies sollte für ein 5-Stern Hotel aber noch verbessert werden. Die Aussicht, der Strand und der Sonnenuntergang waren wunderschön. Das Zimmer war okay, aber meiner Ansicht nach kein 5-Stern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben die Zimmermädchen. Danke vielmals."
