There is a master bedroom with en-suite, two double rooms and a 4th bedroom with a triple bunk bed, plenty of space to spend time together in the perfect setting. Downstairs is a generous living and dining space with games, books and smart TV. Plus a large kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meal times together. Outside is a fully enclosed garden, state of the art hot tub, outdoor games, dining table and chairs, fire pit and BBQ. Practicality isn’t missed, there is a washer, dryer, utility room, downstairs WC, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Plus, if required, stair gate, high chair and travel cot.

The local area is rural and charming, with expansive views and plenty of wildlife. Whilst remaining close to Blackpool, Lytham, Lancaster, Garstang and the wider Lancashire area, which provides many different options for fantastic days and nights out.

The barn offers a nice blend of rustic charm and modern touches, making it a phenomenal spot to relax after a day of exploring.
