„Nice place but beware this is an upstairs apartment. Steep steps to climb. Needs to have hot water tank adjusted, was just like warm.very limited parking due to big work trailer parked in tiny driveway. Outside property was a mess. Bed mattress needs to be replaced, valley in the middle of it. All in all was good enough for weekend stay“

„The VRBO was very clean and comfortable although the air conditioning was not central - I saw vents in the photos and made an incorrect assumption. There was a “portable” unit in the living room which was fine there but not quite cool enough for me in the bedroom. „We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! „Very clean and well appointed. Easy drive to great restaurants and local attractions. Balcony offers great views of sunset over the lake.“

„After we entered the door the place was like being home! Very clean and Becky and Chip had snacks set out for us as well. The kitchen was well supplied and lots of extras. Becky and Chip went beyond just a VRBO the added a personal touch. Wonderful stay!“
