Our Lynx B&B property is located on the outskirts of Prescott in the Quiet Suburban community of Lynx Estates. Guests are offered sweeping views of the area mountains & hills from the front of the house. Neighbors are spaced far enough away and the property is large enough that you feel like you are in your own space.
Guests have full access to the home.
The only “off limits” area are two locked linen closets in the home and a barn on the far side of the property.
Prescott Lynx is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind custom home tucked into the east-side hills of Prescott, just 6 miles (about 10 minutes) from downtown. Designed with two separate “wings,” this spacious property is perfect for large groups and gatherings. It features 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a central great room (kitchen, dining, and living area), a kitchenette, a laundry area with TWO sets of stacked washers and dryers, a game room, 5 patios, a large fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating for 30+ guests—all set on over 2 acres to explore.
Inside, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the Bradshaw and Mingus Mountains, as well as Stone Ridge Golf Course, framed by dramatic 17-foot floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room. Each of the three living areas is furnished with high-end, comfortable pieces (two include pullout beds), unique mining/industrial décor from local artists, and impressive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces.

West Wing:
Bedroom #1: Spacious master suite with a king bed, pillow-top mattress, 55” Smart TV, private bath with double vanities, a custom walk-in rain shower, walk-in closet, blackout curtains, and French doors leading to a private patio.
Bedroom #2 (Donkey Room): Antique queen bed, pillow-top mattress, mirrored closet doors, blackout curtains, and patio access.
Bedroom #3 (Wild West Room): Full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps up to 4), rustic log décor, blackout curtains, and mirrored closet doors.
Shared bathroom with rain shower/tub combo, custom tile, plush towels, hair dryer, and basic toiletries.
Living room includes a leather sofa with queen pullout, cuddle chair with twin pullout, 65” Smart TV, desk/workspace, wood stove, and unique rustic décor.
East Wing (similar layout, different décor):
Bedroom #4: Second master with king Tempur-Pedic bed, 55” Smart TV, desk, private bath with double vanities and custom rain shower, walk-in closet, blackout curtains, and private patio access.
Bedroom #5: Queen bed, pillow-top mattress, mirrored closet doors, blackout curtains, and patio access.
Bedroom #6 (Industrial Room): Queen-over-queen bunk bed (sleeps up to 4), retro industrial design, blackout curtains, and mirrored closet doors.
Shared full bathroom with rain shower/tub combo, custom tile, large towels, hair dryer, and toiletries.
Living room features a massive 10’ windmill wall piece, two leather couches, gaming coffee table, wood stove, 65” Smart TV, bean bags, and plenty of space to relax.
With TWO tankless gas water heaters, hot water is never an issue—even for large groups.

Additional guest and/or pet fees are not included at booking and will be added afterward if applicable.
Guests must notify us within 48 hours of booking about pets, service animals, or extra guests. Changes after 48 hours may incur a $35 modification fee plus applicable charges.
By booking, you agree to all house rules and policies.
A 4% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and credit card costs.

The Lynx B&B is very close to town and all modes of transportation are available!
We require that guests complete our Pre-Arrival Form & House Terms & Lease within 24 hours of booking. These forms are sent as a link immediately after booking to both the venue message. Your reservation is not confirmed until these forms are complete. If forms are not complete within the 24 hour period NexAero Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel booking reservation. Primary Booking Guest must be 25 yrs of age & must be physically staying at property. Primary guest is responsible for all guests.
Guests must enter the correct party size at booking to receive an accurate quote (either from the booking venue or from NexAero Vacation Rentals). Final number must be communicated 48hrs prior to check-in, must be approved by host, and any fees settled prior to check-in. Final guest count cannot exceed total allowable for the property.

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If the owner or Property Manager receives complaints regarding noise, activities or trespassing that disturbs neighbors you may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. No outside noise or music after 10 pm.
No outside noise or music after 10 pm. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let us know of any extra guests staying. You MUST disclose if you are bringing any pets.
We allow up to qty. 2 dogs, upon approval, but also charge for them. Dogs are a flat fee as listed in the booking, and upon approval, and are limited to agreed number, & breed but guests must be considerate. No accidents, no damage, no left waste and no hair. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. You might consider bringing your own vacuum to make sure there is not any hair left behind. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. We offer crates upon request. There shouldn’t be ANY excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood. Undisclosed dogs will incur an additional $200 fee.
We also have accommodations for those travelling with their horses. The property includes up to Qty 4 HORSE STALLS in our newly rehabbed barn. Barn includes a separate entrance for bigger rigs, parking, wash station, 12' x 12' stalls with 20' x 10' outdoor area, and attached paddocks. Stalls are available for $50/stall/night. Stalls can be purchased from our marketplace as an add-on to your stay! Horses can be checked in earlier.
Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early you must contact us. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. There may be a charge if it is a large property. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out. There are often guests arriving the day of of your arrival or departure.
Smoking is ONLY allowed outside. There are ashtrays provided. NO cigarettes butts on the ground or in the house at any time. Smoking is not allowed if Prescott is under a STAGE 2 Fire status or above, in this case there is NO smoking or vaping on the property.
