With 5 bedrooms (including 3 luxury Sleep Number beds), a chef’s kitchen, and Roku TVs in almost every room, this upscale mountain escape blends modern comfort with serene, elevated cabin charm — perfect for families, friends, and groups.

Space & Comfort: 5 spacious bedrooms (3 main floor luxury Sleep Number beds for personalized comfort) – 2 King, 2 Queen, and 2 twin beds that sleep 10 in cloud-like luxury. Hotel-quality linens, both firm and soft pillows, and room-darkening shades ensure everyone sleeps soundly.

Tech & Conveniences: High-speed Wi-Fi (great for Zoom calls or streaming), Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area except for twin bedroom (Guest Mode for easy login to your apps), and a dedicated workspace for remote working. Smart lock self check-in for easy arrivals. EV charger (Level 2) in the garage – complimentary for our guests. Full laundry room with washer/dryer. Central heating and A/C keep you comfortable year-round.

Yet Prescott’s historic Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row’s saloons and shops, and dozens of restaurants are just a 5-minute drive down the road. You’ll have the entire home and all amenities completely to yourself except for 2 locked storage closets. Self check-in is a breeze with our smart lock. Parking is easy with space for up to 5 vehicles (2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway). Please note: No street parking per HOA rules. We also provide a free EV charger in the garage for any electric vehicles in your group.

Quiet Hours 10pm–7am: Our community treasures its peace and quiet. No parties or events, please. This home is ideal for families, couples, and respectful groups seeking a serene retreat.


No Pets & No Smoking: To maintain our allergy-free, luxury environment, we do not allow pets or smoking on the property. Thank you for understanding.


Wildlife & Nature: You’re in the woods, and local critters (javelinas, raccoons, deer, and more) may wander by. Secure trash in the bins provided and enjoy watching wildlife from a safe distance. Bug control is done regularly, but you might spot the occasional friendly insect inside – a normal part of the forest setting.


Hot Tub: Professionally serviced weekly. Please shower before use and no glassware in or around the tub for safety. Always latch the cover when not in use (helps keep it clean and warm!). If the water looks off, let us know and we’ll resolve it ASAP.

We kindly ask that guests remove shoes indoors to preserve our flooring and keep the space clean for everyone.


Security: For your safety and ours, a single outdoor security camera monitors the front entry (external use only). There are no indoor cameras – your privacy is respected completely.


Routine Maintenance: Landscaping, trash pickup, and hot tub techs may stop by during daytime hours on designated days. They will never disturb you for more than a few minutes.


Water & Utilities: Our home is on filtered mountain water. It’s perfectly safe to drink (and we think it’s refreshing!), but it may have a slight mineral taste. Feel free to bring bottled water if you’re sensitive to mineral flavors.


Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance (Airbnb offers it at checkout) for peace of mind. As a small business, we can’t typically refund for last-minute weather events or travel disruptions. Prescott is an all-season destination – from sunny summer hikes to cozy winter holidays – and Pinescape Lodge is ready to host you year-round!
