It has two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), offering excellent comfort for a good night's sleep, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), perfect for children, teenagers or accompanying guests. The convertible sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space while maintaining a pleasant area for socialising.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in complete independence: cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full set of crockery, including wine glasses for moments of sharing. The accommodation also includes bed linen and towels, radiators, a television, WiFi, hangers, hot water, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your stay. The two shower rooms make everyday life easier and offer real fluidity for stays with several people.

Outside, the private patio is a pleasant extension of the living space and is perfect for al fresco dining thanks to the barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments. Pets are welcome at an additional cost, so the whole family can come along on holiday. A laundrette is available on site and the well-lit entrance allows for easy and secure arrivals, even in the evening. Cleaning must be done before departure, in accordance with the accommodation conditions.
