„Great host, amazing location!“

„Beware- there’s no AC in this apartment! When I booked on Expedia, it showed that there’s an AC, just like a person’s review right before my stay, which unfortunately I didn’t see until after. The fans that were provided are a JOKE. Two little table fans that make more noise than air - for 5 people. When I asked for additional fan, I was told none are available. When I complained, I was told the listing doesn’t have AC on Expedia - it was obviously removed from the listing, since both I ...

„Loved the property! Above expectations! First time in Florence, Italy and this was one of our favorite part.“

„Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum an einer Hauptstraße. Die Haltestelle der Bahn ins Zentrum ist genau vor dem Hotel. Durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es in den Zimmer sehr laut. Man hört die Autos und die Bahn sehr deutlich. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage under dem Gebäude. “

„We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. The beds were just OK with inadequate pillows. My partner and I had to share a ...

„Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. Otherwise the property was nice, well equipped with AC, a ...

„The unit was wonderfully located right in the Piazza del Meacato Central. Close to the market, restaurants and within a short walk of Santa Lorenzo and the Cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore. The unit is quite large and both bedrooms are very comfy. Beds and linens are good quality. The kitchen is large and well stocked with a stovetop, full fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Although you can only make one coffee at a time and you must wait a while to use it again. There are 2 toilets and 2 ...

„Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there.“

„This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze. The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. “

„Great location but parking is tough. If you don't have cars, it will be best since public transportation is very easy.“

„Stefano was great“

„Perfect new hotel in Florence. A wonderful and perfect place to stay. We love it!“
