„Our group of three adults and four students stayed at this 3-bedroom townhome for a college tour weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating everyone. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay. „Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard. “

„Hosts were very welcoming and communicated well. House was big but did not sleep 10 as stated- 2 people would have had to sleep on a run down couch. Luckily we had family nearby that could accommodate extra guests. Slight smell of dog in certain areas was not pleasant. We only slept there so it served our purpose well enough. “

„The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it.“
