Łąkowa Charming Studio is an apartment located in an excellent location, right in the center of Poznań. The property is surrounded by many green areas, such as Dąbrowskiego Park, Fryderyk Chopin Park, Tadeusz Mazowiecki Park, Izabela and Jarogniew Drwęski Park, and Karol Marcinkowski Park, where you can relax, spend time actively, and enjoy nature without leaving the city center.

In the immediate vicinity is the Old Town Square, also known as Stary Rynek, one of the most iconic and historic places in Poznań. In addition to the Town Hall and Apollo Fountain, the most well-known tourist landmarks in the city, the square is home to many other historical buildings such as the House Under the Globe, the House Under the Black Star, and numerous charming tenement houses. The square is filled with restaurants, cafes, and pubs where you can enjoy local cuisine or relax with a coffee or drink. Nearby, you’ll find many shops, service points, and the Stary Browar shopping center. The apartment is very well connected thanks to numerous nearby tram and bus stops (Półwiejska, Łąkowa, AWF, Niezłomnych) and the main train station (Poznań Główny). This makes it easy for guests to reach any attraction in Poznań. Additionally, the scenic Wartostrada along the Warta River is only 1.5 kilometers away.

Łąkowa Charming Studio is located in a charming townhouse. It features a living area with a fold-out sofa and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including TV, an iron, hairdryer, fridge with freezer, oven, kettle, and kitchen accessories.
