"Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, the receptionist was very friendly and provided great service. The room facilities were all in great condition, and everything was well maintained. The à la carte menu was also amazing, with really good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily come back."

"Ein kostenloser Wasserautomat, an dem man seine Flasche jederzeit auffüllen konnte und ein breakfast to go bei unser Abreise sehr früh am Morgen hat uns sehr positiv überrascht und gefreut. Freundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten, große Zimmer, toller Meerblick, auch wenn die Bäder sauber aber etwas älter sind."

"Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder. The architecture wows, our views abver the ocean from the bed and thenlittle telescope was sweet. The views, the staff, every single one we encountered. Names I remember are above, but the cleanera with whom we only once smiled with who kept our room tip top, Beautiful property, full of character and charm with an excellent spread for breakfast. The 10mins drive to the airport was smooth. Highly recommended. We would like to return."

"Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar und Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann, ist die Lage bzw. Umgebung. Wenn man immer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, wird man davon nichts mitbekommen. Wenn man aber gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada möchte, muss man unweigerlich eine Straße entlang laufen, die als etwas unsicher eingestuft werden kann."
