Elegantly furnished with a modern floor plan, this 130m2 apartment is ideal for large groups of friends or families, this apartment is located in a secure building in a quiet residential area. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people, the open-plan layout kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer and ironing board available for your laundry needs.

The apartment comes with a living room that opens up to a small balcony with a view of the pool and outdoor sunning area.

The 3 bedrooms feature a double bed each complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort while the 2 bathrooms contains all the essentials you’ll need such as shower, toilet, bath and waste basket. Towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

You may leave your luggage in the Welcome Center for free, while you keep enjoying the city!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
