Ideally situated in Potton Township, this property places you close to a variety of activities and attractions. Enjoy easy access to golf and skiing at Owl’s Head, Jay Peak, and Sutton. Kayak down the Missisquoi River, explore hiking trails, pick fresh fruits, relax by Lake Memphremagog, or take in the stunning scenery on an e-bike.



On-site, private trails wind through the property, perfect for tranquil walks in nature. A fire pit (wood included), a BBQ, and a sunroom with stunning mountain views invite you to unforgettable moments of relaxation. In winter, warm up by the wood stoves or enjoy a fun game of air hockey after a day outdoors.



Luxurious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs add a touch of comfort to your stay. Please note that the municipal road leading to the chalet is unpaved and may be more difficult to access during the spring thaw. A high-clearance or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended during this time. In summer, when the road is dry, or in winter, when it’s frozen, access is not an issue.
