„The host canceled our stay due to loss of heating. Unfortunately, she sent an email at midnight the night before our stay. I did not see the email and our whole family converged on the rental and were told it was unavailable. While I understand the need to cancel the reservation, I think a phone call would have been a better choice of notification. We were left trying to scramble for other accommodations for our family celebration at 4:00 pm on a Saturday.“
