„Zipper broke for the tents and so we had to stay elsewhere, they were understandable but communication with the business was difficult and unclear. They will only communicate through text and said the morning after they would have a refund started but then said we needed to wait until that Monday. Come that Monday morning then said we had to go through Expedia and so refunding through Expedia has been tedious because they wont communicate through email or answer phone calls that Expedia sends. ...
