„L'Host ha prima accettato la prenotazione ed il relativo pagamento (dal 14 al 16 agosto) senza rispondere ad email e telefonate circa la posizione della struttura num civico. Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14 ...

„War bereits zum zweiten mal in der Residence. Geräumig, sauber, schöne, ruhige Lage. Bei beiden Aufenthalten jedoch Probleme mit Internetverbindung (DNS Server)“
