„Ottima struttura Servizi ok La signora Roberta ottima disponibilità super servizio“

„Room very clean and nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent“

„The Expedia website shows the property in the middle of Leonessa, but it's 11km outside it, which would not matter if you arrive by car, but we were walking! Fortunately the host came and collected us. He cooked an excellent meal for us and had a wood fire going for when we arrived.“

„1) The WiFi is bad. It only worked stable on 1 of 3 devices. The other 2 devices were permanently connected and disconnected. 2) The mentioned breakfast in the hotel`s description isn`t worth its name. It`s tea and coffee from a Nespresso machine in the room, a bit or marmelade and chocolate cream and one croissant per guest. All of it separately packed in plastic. So we had low quality food and a bunch of trash. And afterwards we still were hungry“

„Nice hotel with welcoming helpful friendly staff.“

„Very small shower with a support beam at shoulder height. Breakfast was a croissant down the street.“
