Rocky Ridge Retreat pairs the polished feel of a boutique hotel with the comfort and convenience of a whole-home stay. Beautiful bedrooms, inviting gathering spaces, a full kitchen, laundry, privacy and room to actually settle in—all in a walkable Post Falls location.



Please note before booking: Rocky Ridge is a multi-level home and stairs are required to enter the home. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor and require an additional flight of stairs. This home may not be the best fit for guests with limited mobility.



Walk 2 blocks to Q'emiln Park for swimming, trails and river access, then cross the bridge for dinner and drinks, then walk back home at the end of the evening.

Please note the home's layout: Stairs are required to enter the home, and all bedrooms are located on the upper floor and require an additional flight of stairs. There are no bedrooms on the main living level.



The garage is not available for guest parking or vehicle access. Guests should use the designated driveway parking.



Guests will receive their private door code prior to arrival after the required guest check-in form and agreement have been completed with a valid ID.



The Neighborhood:

Rocky Ridge Retreat is located in an established Post Falls neighborhood, giving you the convenience of being close to some of our favorite local spots while still having a whole home to come back to.



One of the biggest perks is the location! Q’emiln Park is just 2 blocks away, with swimming, river access, hiking and rock-climbing trails. Cross the bridge and you'll find local restaurants, breweries and more within easy reach.



A little about the neighborhood: This is an older, lived-in residential neighborhood with families, children and pets. Several neighboring homes have dogs, so you may occasionally hear barking or normal neighborhood activity during your stay.



Street parking can also be limited at times, which is why we ask guests to follow the home's designated parking instructions and not rely on street parking.



Rocky Ridge is a great fit for guests who want to experience Post Falls like a local—close to the river, parks, dining and everyday neighborhood life rather than tucked away in an isolated vacation community.



Getting Around:

One of our favorite things about Rocky Ridge is how much you can enjoy without getting in the car.



🚶 Walk from the house:

Q’emiln Park is just 2 blocks from the front door, with Spokane River access, swimming, trails, rock climbing and beautiful places to explore. Walk across the bridge into Post Falls for local restaurants, breweries and drinks—then enjoy an easy walk back home.



🌲 Centennial Trail:

The Centennial Trail is nearby and offers miles of paved trail for walking and biking along the Spokane River and throughout the area.



🚗 By Car:

Rocky Ridge also provides convenient access to I-90, making it easy to explore North Idaho and the surrounding area.



Downtown Coeur d’Alene — approximately 15 minutes

Spokane International Airport — approximately 30 minutes

Silverwood Theme Park — approximately 25 minutes

Easy access to Hayden, Liberty Lake and Spokane Valley

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available in the area, although availability and wait times can vary.



🚙 Parking — Please Read:

Guest parking is available in the designated driveway area only. The garage is not available for guest vehicles or parking.



This is an established residential neighborhood, and street parking can be limited, particularly during busy times. Please plan for your group's vehicles accordingly and follow all posted and provided parking instructions.



Other Things to Note:

✔ Guest Check-In Form & ID

A guest check-in form and guest agreement will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within 48 hours. A valid government-issued ID is required for the primary guest. Required check-in information must be completed before access information and your door code are provided.



🪜 Stairs & Accessibility — Please Read

This home requires stairs. Guests must climb stairs to access the main living level, and all three bedrooms are located upstairs on the top floor. There are no bedrooms on the main living level.



Please review the listing photos carefully and make sure the home's layout is appropriate for everyone in your group before booking.



🚗 Parking, Garage & Boats

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles maximum in the designated on-site parking areas. Street parking may be limited, so please plan accordingly.



The garage is not available for guest use or vehicle parking during your stay.



Boat trailer parking is available. If you plan to bring a boat or trailer, you must notify us prior to arrival so we can confirm parking arrangements.



👥 Registered Guests & Visitors

All overnight guests must be included on the reservation, including children. Our rates and home preparation are based on the number of registered guests.



Visitors are permitted only with prior approval. Please contact us before inviting anyone who is not included on your reservation to the property. Unauthorized visitors or unregistered overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay in accordance with our house rules.



🔇 Quiet Hours & Residential Neighborhood

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Rocky Ridge is located in an established residential neighborhood with full-time residents, families and pets nearby. Normal neighborhood activity, including occasional barking dogs, may be heard.
