„Nice, clean, and private cottage. Only sad part was we never were able to try the restaurant because they never plowed/opened it. Not a good spot for on-site dining during the winter. Waterfront was also snowed-in and not plowed so we never got a good look at that either.“

„We had the unfortunate luck to stay at the Alpena Ramada during a disaster--major ice/snow storm! Due to this, it was impossible to keep the parking lot and sidewalks cleared. We also lost power for several hours, losing heat, etc. This hotel was the only hotel in the area that had a generator so for that we were lucky. We could charge cell phones, minimal use of microwave, and stay comfortable. The staff did everything in their power to accommodate their guests and did it with a smile. I hope ...
