Ausstattung sollte überholt werden (z.B. neues Bett und Matratzen, mehr Regalböden im Kleiderschrank, neues Badezimmer, neue Lampenschirme und bessere Küchenausstattung (z.B. Wasserkocher oder mehr als ein Sammelsurium an Becher, Gläser, Teller und Besteck). Ein Ansprechpartner war jederzeit zugegen, erreichbar und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. „Villa is right next to the Spanish Lagoon in a residential neighborhood. The property has a wall with a gate around it. The landscaping and plants are beautiful and well maintained. It would be best to have a rental car if you stay here, as it’s not in the tourist area. The villa shares a large parking lot with the marina on the lagoon.
