„We arrived later in the evening tired from a long trip. The front desk person was friendly, kind and efficient. She went out of her way to help us acclimate to this new country. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The other staff were great also to help. “

„Extremely comfortable rooms, especially when you book the apartment. very nice staff in the hotel, very good pricing for the garage (10 €/day). We liked it very much. The distance to the city of Porto is walkable, just 20min by feet down the hill. we didn't take breakfast (we are not the breakfast people) but it looked fantastic and we were allowed the take the first coffee. Lovely service!!“

„Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us.
