Tastefully decorated, this lovely 65m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift.

Walking downstairs, you'll find a living room featuring a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV for watching all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The hidden sleeping area has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. It can be accessed by climbing the stairs from the living room or the hallway.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the studio and the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is the perfect base for exploring the city's top attractions. Just a short walk away, guests can visit the iconic Livraria Lello and stroll through the beautiful Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. After sightseeing, guests can enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants such as Capa Negra II and Restaurante Abadia do Porto. With its great location and proximity to famous landmarks, this home is the ideal choice for travellers looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Porto.

Bus stops are in front of the house in every direction, making it easy to reach any location in the city. The downtown centre is just a 15-minute walk.

If you need to be invoiced by a company, you should always request the billing details before booking the property.

If the data is not shared in time, the invoice will be issued with a private tax number.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
