Welcome to my apartment!

This delightful 57 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor without lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

My apartment has a single bedroom, bathroom, and open living area. It includes a small sitting area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a dining table with high bar stools, and a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric hob, kettle, and washing machine. The balcony outside is also easily accessible, and it has a small table, chairs, and a street view — perfect for people-watching.

The bedroom has a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens. Additionally, the main living area sofa can be converted into a bed to accommodate an extra two guests.

The bathroom has the basics, plus a shower. Toiletries, hairdryers, and fresh towels are provided at no extra cost.

My apartment will be cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It’s also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro.

Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Jardim do Morro (line D), is just a 7-minute walk away. From there, you can also take a cable car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
